TripVerde reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time by posting such change, update or modification on the TripVerde website. Any such change, update or modification will be effective immediately upon posting on the TripVerde website and, if required by applicable law, notice to you via the TripVerde service. Please check this policy periodically for changes. Your continued use of the TripVerde website and/or any TripVerde’s products and services following the posting of changes will mean you accept those changes. The Way We Use Information

We use the information you provide about yourself to serve your travel or commuting needs. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order and to comply with law enforcement agencies.

We use the information you provide about someone else when placing an order only to invite them to register for our service.  We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that request or to comply with law enforcement agencies.

We may offer gift cards with which you can personalize a product you order for another person. Information you provide to us to create a gift card is only used for that purpose, and it is only disclosed to the person receiving  

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with   This policy also applies to phone numbers obtained via caller-ID feature of the phone network.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers.  For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals. 

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses. 

TripVerde may engage a third party to perform functions on TrivpVerde’s behalf, which may require access to your confidential information.  TripVerde will require that these parties agree to use such information in a confidential manner and in compliance with this Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures. These third parties may have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but TripVerde will not authorize them to use it for other purposes.

TripVerde may disclose the information if disclosure is reasonably related to the sale or other disposition of all or part of TripVerde’s business or assets or in connection with a corporate merger, consolidation, or other corporate reorganization.

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13. If you will be riding with a child under 13, we will collect minimal information required to complete the request, including name of the child and the child's relationship to you.
